Citizens talk to Liberty officials about utility bills at Town Hall held at MSSU

Area citizens had time to discuss concerns about their utility bills at a town hall held in the Mills Anderson Justice Center at Missouri Southern State University Friday night.

Representatives from Liberty and the Missouri Office of Public Counsel turned out to address concerns from customers.

Just last week the Missouri Public Service Commission announced an investigation regarding billing and customer service practices by Liberty.
