An Oklahoma transient is charged with crimes related to the sexual abuse of children.
47-year-old Keith Dwayne Cochran is charged with attempting to receive visual images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children after being convicted of a felony child pornography offense.
He also is charged with possessing visual images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of minor children after being convicted of a felony child pornography offense.
Homeland Security Investigations is the investigative agency. Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Scaife is prosecuting the case.
