The celebration kicks off at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 4, at Fred G. Hughes Stadium on MSSU's campus. This family event will feature live music, bounce houses, food trucks, and fireworks. The schedule includes:

Numerous food vendors will offer a variety of options for attendees. We Be Bouncin’ will offer bounce houses, and NWA Bat will have an inflatable batting cage. These activities will have a participant’s fee.

The fireworks show will be set to music; visitors can tune into 88.7 KXMS to experience it. Seating is available in the stadium and along the grass around the field, and plenty of parking will be available throughout the campus. Citizens are reminded that personal fireworks, pets, grills, and alcohol are not allowed in the stadium.
