Neosho crash claims life of 18-year-old girl

A girl that just graduated from Neosho High School last month was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Neosho Thursday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened at 10 a.m. on Highway 86 near Baxter Street when 18-year-old Sydnee D. Humphries' car crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people in the second vehicle, 37-year-old Ellyn S. Anderson of Neosho and a 4-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries.
