One vehicle accident on Peace Church Road injures man from Galena

A one-vehicle accident on Peace Church Road about a mile north of Joplin over the weekend has resulted in injuries to a man from Galena, Kansas.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday when a southbound vehicle driven by 50-year-old Jason E. Campion of Galena ran off the roadway and overturned.

Campion was transported to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin suffering from serious injuries.
