Parsons Police asking for citizen assistance to recover golf carts

Parsons police are trying to find out who's been stealing golf carts in that city.

Police say locks were cut off five storage sheds last week at the Katy Golf Course to gain access to the carts.

Officers canvassed the area and gathered video footage from several sources and recovered two of the carts and returned them to their owners.

Police Chief Robert Spinks is asking citizens to help with the recovery of a tan 1997 electric Club Car cart and beige 1997 EZ-GO Cart.

Those with information can call the Parsons Police at 620-421-7060 or the police tip line at 620-421-7057.
