Representative Billy Long at Mar-A-Lago

Springfield Congressman Billy Long has told News Talk KZRG that he's seriously considering a run for the U.S. Senate next year. Long will be at the Mar-A-Lago Club in Palm Beach for a dinner, in support of the congressman. Mar-A-Lago is former President Trump's golf resort. Congressman Long has represented southwest Missouri on Capitol Hill since 2011, a district that includes Springfield, Joplin and Carthage.
Former Governor Eric Greitens and Attorney General Eric Schmitt have announced that they're seeking the GOP Senate nomination next year. Former Affton State Senator Scott Sifton and veteran Lucas Kunce are seeking the Democratic nomination.
