Two found dead after house fire in southwest Missouri

BATTLEFIELD, Mo. (AP) - Authorities have identified two people found dead after a house fire as a married couple from southwest Missouri .
The Greene County Sheriff's Office announced Friday night that the victims were 59-year old Donald Kipp and 50-year-old Shawna Kipp, both of Battlefield.
The Springfield News-Leader reports that the sheriff's office said the investigation into Wednesday's fire is ongoing and the exact cause of death ``has not been released at this time.''
Shawna Kipp had worked as an executive assistant at the News-Leader and later at a law office.
The Kipps had five children between them and multiple grandchildren
