The Joplin Veterans Day Parade will be held Saturday, November 7th, on Main Street in Downtown Joplin, starting at 10 AM. The parade route will run from 15th Street ending at 2nd Street. Crews will close Main Street just before the parade starts.
The parade staging area will be closed starting at 8 AM Saturday from 15th Street to 20th Street. The stations of Zimmer Marketing will be there and look forward to seeing you there. Main Street will reopen after the parade is over.

"Uptown: A Celebration of Motown & Soul" is happening Saturday night, November 7th, starting at 7 PM at the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex at 7th and Wall. The concert is a high-energy, family-friendly event blending classic Motown and soul music with modern hits, dynamic vocals and choreography. Tickets are $50.00 plus fees.

Spiva Center for the Arts will open its galleries for Second Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM this Sunday, November 8th, at the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex at 7th and Wall Street. Admission is $10. The monthly event is intended to make the arts more accessible for the community.

The Carthage Farmers Market offers a wide variety of fresh in-season produce, greenhouse plants, honey, jams, jelly, and baked goods.
They are hosting it at their covered pavilion, at 122 Grant Street in Carthage. It is sort of near the Carthage Civil War museum and Pete's convenience store.
