The tree will arrive at the north end of Branson Landing that morning as the focal point of a special kickoff parade down The Promenade.
"What better way to kick off the best season in Branson than with a parade right down The Promenade," says Becky Blair, Director of Marketing & Events at Branson Landing. "Branson Landing has been a gathering place for our community for two decades, and we're excited to bring everyone together for a celebration we hope will become a new annual tradition."
All of Branson is invited to share in the celebration. Guests can enjoy photo opportunities with the Grand Fir, Santa, Silver Dollar City entertainers and community partners, along with giveaways from Branson Landing, Silver Dollar City and more.
"There is simply no place on earth that celebrates Christmas quite like the Ozarks! This parade is a beautiful example of that spirit," said Brandei Clifton, Senior Publicity Manager for Silver Dollar City. "From our neighbors and local businesses to the thousands of families who make Branson part of their holiday traditions, there's something truly special about the way this community comes together to make Christmas magical."
Area marching bands, businesses, organizations and community groups are invited to join the parade and help fill The Promenade with music and Christmas cheer. From festive marching tunes to creative community entries, this new celebration is an opportunity to come together and welcome the season.
Heather Hermen, Senior VP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB, shared, "Just in time to begin celebrating Ozark Mountain Christmas in Branson, we have the chance to gather with the community, visitors, and friends to celebrate the season. We welcome all businesses and community members to join in the fun and come to the Landing to kick off the Christmas season in Branson."
Parade participation is free. All participants must submit their registration forms by Friday, October 23. Register for the first ever Trick or Tree Christmas Parade: Bitly | bit.ly/4zzVnRz
