Family, deputies searching for McDonald County couple missing since September 16

PINEVILLE, Mo. — Investigators are searching for a husband and wife in their 70s who have been missing from rural McDonald County for more than a week and a half.

73-year-old Leo Lindeman and 74-year-old Katherine Lindeman were last heard from in the rural Anderson area.

Authorities say their home is near Highway 76, east of Anderson.

Authorities list Sept. 16 as their approximate missing date. The couple was reported missing Sept. 24.

Leo Lindeman is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds.

Katherine is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

Investigators say the couple’s small white dog is also missing.
