Where burn bans remain in effect across the Four States

Dry conditions continue to keep burn bans in effect across several counties in the Four-State Area, although some counties have recently lifted restrictions.
As of Tuesday, Sept. 22, the latest county-by-county information is:
Missouri: Burn bans remain in effect in Barton, McDonald, Cedar, Dade, Lawrence, Barry and Polk counties. Jasper County lifted its ban yesterday. Newton, St. Clair and Greene counties do not have bans in place. Vernon County’s status could not be confirmed.
Kansas: No burn bans are currently reported in Woodson, Wilson, Montgomery, Linn, Bourbon or Cherokee counties. Coffey County lifted its ban Sept. 11. Crawford County’s status could not be confirmed.
Oklahoma: Burn bans remain in effect in Washington, Nowata, Rogers, Craig, Ottawa and Delaware counties. Nowata and Rogers counties have bans scheduled to remain in effect through Oct. 5, while Delaware County’s ban has been extended through Sept. 29. Mayes County ended its burn ban yesterday.
Arkansas: Benton County does not currently have a burn ban.
