American Flag retirement ceremony Saturday downtown Joplin

This Saturday is “Flag Day”.
Patrick Tuttle is the Vice Commander of American Legion Post 13 in Joplin and tells Newstalk KZRG:
“The American Legion. Post 13 every year has a flag retiring ceremony. If you have old, tattered flags that are no longer worthy of flying, you're welcome to bring them over and we will help them get their proper burial.”
The ceremony starts at 5 PM Saturday at Joplin Memorial Hall at 8th and Joplin Street.
