Plea deal for Wyandotte couple charged with neglecting mentally disabled child

A former Wyandotte teacher and her husband have entered into plea deals for neglecting their mentally disabled child.

Jennifer Enyart and Keith Enyart, according to court documents, each pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of child neglect in Indian Country.

As part of separate plea agreements, neither will have to serve anymore time (sentence of time served).

They will placed on five years of supervised release and will no longer be able to foster children.
