Canceled due to weather: The Coffee with the Sheriff gathering in Newton County.
The opportunity for the public to meet with Sheriff Matt Stewart was to on the morning of Tuesday, February 18th.
In a statement from the Newton County Sheriff's Department said:
"Out of precaution, we are cancelling this event due to weather. We hope to reschedule it very soon. Keep an eye out for a new post."
