MO state senator Carter now Majority Whip - main goals

Missouri state senator Jill Carter has been chosen as the Majority Whip in this year's state senate session.  

Carter has a couple of main goals she hopes to achieve.  

“Income taxes is my number one issue that I filed and taking care of the border issue is another concern working with our local sheriff.   We're going to try to wrap that up and see what we can do as a state and help our local law enforcement.”
