The goal is to help at least 600 foster kids this holiday season.
Newstalk KZRG and Christmas of Hope raising funds to help each foster child have a Merry Christmas.
And the time to raise funds is just a couple of weeks.
Sarah Burch with Christmas of Hope tells Newstalk KZRG:
“What we do is, we have kids fill out a wish list of things they want. We collect those wish lists and we raise funds. It's $50 to sponsor one child. That $50 goes to buying things directly off their Christmas wish list. And then we have a huge shopping day at 15th street Walmart here in Joplin. That's going to be Wednesday, December 11th.
