Pickup truck accident injures teenage driver from Aurora

An accident on Route N, 7 miles north of Jasper resulted in moderate injuries to a 17-year-old male driver from Aurora.

It happened at 10:48 p.m. Friday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the driver overcorrected causing his eastbound 2002 Ford F150 pickup to overturn and strike a fence.

He was taken to Mercy Joplin Hospital with moderate injuries.
