A bull is being blamed for an injury accident on Highway 248, two miles north of Cassville in Barry County around 8 Wednesday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred when a bull stepped into the roadway in front of a Buick Encore driven by 52-year-old Angela K. Kalbaugh of Aurora.

Kalbaugh and a 16-year-old female juvenile in her car both suffered moderate injuries when the car hit the bull.

They were taken by EMS to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
