Miami Oklahoma teacher charged with child abuse

A Miami Oklahoma school teacher has been charged with child abuse.
Charles Preaus was also booked for public intoxication and for driving while under the influence.
The 42-year-old taught Spanish and drove the bus for the school district.
Court documents allege he harrassed and assaulted two teenage boys earlier this month while drunk.
He currently sits in the Ottawa County Jail
