Nixa man dies in fatal accident in Christian County

There was a fatal accident in Christian County at about 6:50 this morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Chance D. Whitelaw of Nixa was killed when the northbound Kawasaki Ninja 650 he was riding on U.S. 65 went off the highway and hit the median cables, ejecting him.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Christian County Coroner, Mandi Armitage.
