ATV accident results in serious injuries to man from Seneca

An ATV accident on Route B, 5 miles north of Tiff City in McDonald County around 5:40 yesterday evening resulted in serious injuries to a man from Seneca.

The Missouri State highway Patrol says an eastbound Yamaha Raptor ATV operated by 29-year-old Cole C. Lankford of Seneca ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned in a field.

Lankford, who was not wearing a safety device, suffered serious injuries.  He was transported to Freeman West Hospital
