What Jay Ashcroft would do if elected as Missouri Governor about Texas border

Missouri National Guard troops were sent to the Texas border to help out by Governor Parson.

Gubernatorial candidate and current Missouri Secretary of State, Jay Ashcroft told Newstalk KZRG what he would do if he became Governor:

“We see what states have done on the border.  To make that a national issue.  To push to require the federal government to respond.  We need states to not only get along side of Texas and provide troops and say what can we do.  But we need states that are fighting in the courts.”
