Wide-ranging bill aimed at reducing utility costs

The Missouri Senate is considering a wide-ranging bill from Representative Michael O’Donnell that is aimed at reducing utility costs. 

The St. Louis County Republican’s legislation has several provisions, including addressing solar panels for tax purposes, sales tax exemptions for utilities, standards for renewable energy, and more. 

O’Donnell says his bill makes sure that utility services remain affordable and accessible for residents across the state.
