Troopers say someone driving on I-44 saw the vehicle and reported it to the highway patrol, who took the suspect into custody near Exit 4.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 7-year-old girl reported missing out of Sarcoxie, Missouri.
Authorities say Layla Sandusky was last seen in a green Ford Fiesta with a Missouri license plate "BF2A5K".
The Jasper County Sheriff's Office believes she is with a white male suspect named Matt, who is 5'8".
Patrol troopers say the suspect left with the child in her mother's vehicle and has not returned.
