Oklahoma governor, elected leaders sworn into office

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma's newly reelected governor and other statewide elected officials have been sworn into office. The inaugural ceremony was held Monday on the south steps of the state Capitol.

Gov. Kevin Stitt touted his accomplishments over the last four years and outlined his vision for spending the next four years to improve the state. Among his accomplishments, Stitt lists reducing the state's prison population and closing four state prisons.

The last of three inaugural balls was set for Monday evening in Oklahoma City.

Stitt easily won reelection in November to a second, four-year term.
