Multiple charges filed by Federal Grand Jury

Multiple charges have been filed against a man from Mayes, County Oklahoma

Prosecutors say 24-year-old Steven Ray Thompson of Rose was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on charges of being Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition; Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute and; Carrying a Firearm During and in Relation to a Drug Trafficking Crime.

Thompson is charged with being a felon in possession of 9 mm caliber semi-automatic pistol and six rounds of ammunition.

He is further charged with possessing with intent to distribute heroin.

Finally, he is charged with carrying a firearm during and in relation to his drug trafficking crime.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Delaware County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation.
