Carthage R-9 School Superintendent announces retirement

Carthage R-9 Schools will start the hunt for a new superintendent after Dr. Mark Baker announced his retirement at the end of June 2023.
Dr. Baker worked for Carthage schools for 30 years.
According to a news release, Dr. Baker worked as a teacher, coach and administrator.
