Miami man indicted by Grand Jury for alleged child porn violations

A man from Miami is charged in federal court with receiving, distributing and possessing child sexual abuse material.

22-year old Chrystian Edward Willams was indicted for "Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography."

The depictions involved at least one pre-pubescent minor younger than age 12.

United States Attorney Clint Johnson announced the August 2022 Federal Grand Jury A indictment.

Williams was charged with violations of United States law in an indictment returned by the Grand Jury.

The return of an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence.

The case is being investigated by the FBI.
