Pilot Arrested For DWI Says He’s Innocent

A Kansas man arrested earlier this month after landing an airplane on Interstate Highway 70 east of Kansas City is fighting efforts by Missouri authorities to revoke his driver’s license. 

Thirty-five-year-old John Seesing was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of D-W-I when he landed a single-engine plane on westbound I-70 near Oak Grove. 

He claims he did NOT refuse to be tested for intoxicants and that the officer who arrested him did so improperly. Seesing has a court hearing scheduled next month.
