Mother files suit against Miami Public School System

The mother of a young student in the Miami Public School system is hopping mad.
Kendra Parker says in October 2020 a school employee dragged her 7-year-old son across a classroom by his head.
The child had previously been diagnosed with autism.
Now, Parker has filed suit against the school on her son's behalf.
The suit says her son suffered severe and serious physical and emotional trauma.
It is asking for damages in excess of $75,000.
