Near drowning reported on Table Rock Lake

There was a near-drowning on Table Rock Lake over the weekend.
It took place in the Moonshine Beach area.
The Missouri State Patrol says it happened around 3:30 yesterday afternoon when 21-year-old Diego Arguello Pimentel of Springfield was returning to shore when swimming.
He went under water and did not resurface.
Pimentel was pulled to shore by friends and taken by ambulance to a Branson hospital in serious condition.
