$5.2 Million dollar claim for STD caught in insured car

Liable to the amount of five point two million dollars.
That was the ruling by the Missouri Court of Appeals this week in a lawsuit between a woman from Jackson County and Geico Insurance Company.
The unidentified woman claimed after having romantic relations with her boyfriend in the insured car caught a sexually transmited disease.
She filed the claim in February 2021, went through arbitration proceedings and court appeals.
Geico is going to Federal Court contesting the claim is covered under its insurance policy.
