SEK woman facing murder, child endangerment charges

A woman from southeast Kansas is facing first-degree murder and child endangerment charges.

It stems from an investigation in January after an infant was found dead in a home in La Harpe.

27-year-old Rebecca Ann Dobbs is being held in the Allen County Jail without bond.
