KDHE and Healthy Kansans 2030 encourage public to participate in health survey

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment and the Healthy Kansans 2030 Steering Committee have begun promoting a community health survey to better understand the health issues that affect people in the state of Kansas.

The Community Health Perceptions Survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and is part of Healthy Kansans 2030 planning process to improve the health of Kansas residents.

The survey is anonymous with a deadline of October 4; it's available in English, Spanish Vietnamese, Chinese, German, Arabic.
