Missouri US Senator Josh Hawley says Afghanistan fallout is the latest failure of Biden administration

Missouri US Senator Josh Hawley had some words for President Biden and his administration as the Taliban continue to regain ground in Afganistan following the United States' departure from the area.

Hawley said in a press release, "For two decades, almost no one has leveled with the American people about the true state of affairs in Afghanistan."

Hawley says the Afghanistan situation is the "latest failure from Washington establishment" in a long war that has claimed the lives of many Americans.
