One driver killed in two-vehicle crash in Jasper County Thursday afternoon

A two-vehicle crash claimed the life of one adult Thursday afternoon at 3:15 PM.

The incident took place in Jasper County on Highway M, 10 miles north of Joplin.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash report says vehicle 1, driven by 54-year-old Wichita, Kansas resident Bryan Crowe travelled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, overturned and collided with vehicle 2, which was driven by 52-year-old Alba resident James Lawrence.

Crow was pronounced deceased at the scene.
