Neosho Arts Council to host painting workshop June 19

The Neosho Arts Council will hold a plein air painting workshop on June 19 in downtown Neosho with Jeff Jones presenting.

Jones will discuss color palettes, color mixing, subject selection, composition, light, and blocking in a painting to lay a good foundation for a piece.

Competition prizes are set at $300, $200, and $100.
