MSHP announces three trooper promotions

Today, the Missouri State Highway Patrol announced three trooper promotions effective June 1, according to a news release.
Seargent Scott Ballar, of Troop F, will transfer to Field Operations Bureau General Headquarters.
Seargent Matthew Broniec, of Troop 5, will be designated assistant director of Budget and Procurement Division.
Seargent Jody Laram will be designated assistant director of Gaming Division.
All three will be promoted to the rank of lieutenant, with their new roles now in Jefferson City.
