Representative Jerome Barnes talks about legislation involving the Missouri National Guard that was passed Monday

Legislation involving the Missouri National Guard and state-owned vehicles is heading to Governor Parson's desk, after it received final Missouri House approval Monday afternoon. State Representative Jerome Barnes, the ranking Democrat on the House Veterans Committee, supports the bill.

Monday's House vote was 152-0. The bill is sponsored by Jefferson City GOP State Representative Dave Griffith.
