Dude's Donuts founder has passed away

Dude's Donuts founder Durard "Dude" Pendergraft, who started the business in 1954, has passed away due to a brief illness.
The announcement was made via Facebook Tuesday.
Services for Durard Pendergraft will be held Friday, April 16 at 10 AM at the 26th Street Church of Christ.
The shop will be closed Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17 as the family grieves.
