ODET Team seizes meth at Lamar residence, woman arrested

Ozark Drug Enforcement Task Force (ODET) detectives, along with Lamar Police Department officers, served a search warrant at 806 Poplar Street Apartment #B in Lamar on Wednesday, March 17.

This residence had been under investigation by ODET for drug trafficking for about a full month.

ODET detectives arrested 46-year-old Mary Phelps who resides at the apartment. Investigators located a substantial amount of suspected methamphetamine from the residence.

Phelps was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was issued a no bond warrant, according to Commander Chad Allison of the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team.
