Newton County Second Amendment Preservation Act

The Newton County Commission passed a Second Amendment Preservation Act at the start of February.   It appears to be the most restrictive act in the nation as it calls for the arrest by the Newton County Sheriff's Deputies of any federal law enforcement officer trying to enforce an order that goes against the second amendment.

The county act prohibits any infringement of the Federal Second Amendment in any way as passed by the U.S. Congress or by executive order by a President.
