Death from accident

The Crawford County Sheriff Office reporting that 68 year old Martha Murphy of Girard was assisting Steven Murphy with the hook up of a gooseneck stock trailer and became pinned between them. Mrs. Murphy was taken to a local hospital where she died. The accident happened Sunday just after 12:30 PM on private property located at 1012 West St. John in Girard Kansas.
