Autopsy rules death in dumpster accidental

An autopsy says a Topeka man died accidentally in March when the dumpster he was in was emptied into a recycling truck.

An autopsy says 62-year-old Paul Vigil died from multiple injuries in a cardboard recycler.

Vigil's body was found March 9 by landfill employees among recycling materials.

Foul play is not suspected.
