Man arrested for B.W.I. after fatal accident on Missouri lake

A Missouri man was arrested for boating while intoxicated after a fatal boating crash killed a woman and injured four others Saturday morning at Lake Ozark according to Missouri State Highway Patrol. Dawn Steinkueher of High Ridge, Mo. was killed after other another boat struck a boat on which she was a passenger. The Patrol says John Bennett, 52, of New Haven, Mo. was arrested for BWI with death to another, 2 charges of BWI with serious physical injury and careless and impudent operation of a vessel. He was taken to the Camden County Jail.
