Double Fatality Crash In Barry County

Two people have died after their car ran off the road, rolled down a steep embankment and hit several trees around 1:30 Wednesday morning on Highway 39 near Shell Knob in Barry County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Newstalk KZRG 27-year-old Everette Kritz of Cassville died at the scene. Her passenger, 21-year-old Jacob Morrell of Springdale, Washington was life-flighted to a Springfield hospital where he later died.
