Early Morning Drug Raid at Joplin Motel

The Ozark Drug Enforcement Team along with the Joplin Police Department SWAT served a warrant at the Economy Inn at 1700 W. 30^th early this morning (5/22).

30-year-old Logan Baker of Joplin was arrested at the hotel and is being charged with possession with the intent to distribute.

Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team Commander Chad Allison tells News Talk KZRG they found Baker in possession of 16 grams of meth, and they also found a hand gun under his pillow.
