Biography
Thomas Holbrook is the Libertarian candidate running for Missouri's 4th Congressional District in the 2024 election. Born at William's Air Force Base in Arizona, Holbrook moved to Missouri as a child when his father was stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base. He graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2011 with a degree in history.
