Public Meeting Notice

The Board of Directors of Jasper County Emergency Services will hold an open public meeting on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. at 13870 Dispatch Lane, Carthage.

The agenda includes call to order, roll call, approval of minutes from November 5 and November 21, 2025 meetings, public comment, financial report and bill payments, executive director and department status report, unfinished business (countywide public safety radio system including tower sites, equipment, and Belle Center tower; server room electrical changes; health/dental/vision insurance; telephone audit updates; 2026 budget proposal; and policy changes), new business (Belle Center tower payment, Southwest Agency Insurance 2026 renewal, and employee benefits), scheduling of the next meeting, and adjournment.

The public is welcome to attend, and a copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting Administrative Services at the County 9-1-1 Center during business hours (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday). Agenda copies are also emailed to local media outlets upon request.
